Burning fat with Keto
The menu in this post is a starter menu for the Keto diet, characterized by its high-fat, moderate-protein, and low-carb nature. Do it properly, and your body will be put into a metabolic state called ketosis, where fat is burned for fuel instead of carbohydrates.
