Deleting Your Medal Menu Account

From the app

Open Medal Menu, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. If you organize any communities, close them first — the app will tell you which ones.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@medalmenu.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

What happens

Your account is deactivated immediately. Your menus are hidden, you are signed out everywhere, push notifications stop, and any paid subscription is cancelled at the end of the period you have already paid for.

For 30 days you can undo this by signing in again and choosing to restore your account.

What is deleted after 30 days

• Your name, username, and email address on your account profile
• Your password
• Your profile picture is removed from your account
• Your linked Facebook, Google, and Apple sign-in details

After this, the account cannot be restored.

What is kept

Anything you contributed to a shared community — recipe board items, comments, and votes — is kept so the community's history stays intact for its other members. Once your account is deleted these appear as “Deleted user” and are no longer connected to you.

Your menus are retained in a hidden state and are not visible to anyone.
